Properties：Tris is a white crystals. Melting point: 168-171℃; Boiling point: 219-220°C/10mmHg (lit.). Soluble in water and Methanol, ethanol, Acetic acid and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in Ethyl acetate, Benzene, insoluble in Ether. It is corrosive to copper, aluminum and irritating.
Uses：
1.) Tris is an important biological buffer with a buffer range of 7.0 to 9.0. lt is widely used in the preparation of buffers irbiochemistry, molecular biology and other fields, and can also be used in the preparation of in vitro diagnostic reagents.
2.) Tris is an important pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be used to synthesize dexketoprofen tromethamine, ketoprofertromethamine, fosfomycin tromethamine, carboprost tromethamine and other drugs.
3.) Tris can be used as a pharmaceutical adjuvant in preparations such as contrast agents, biological preparations, oral gradesand eye drops;
