Properties：Diisononyl Phthalate (DINP) is a colorless or pale yellow transparent oily liquid at room temperature, with a density of 0.971-0.977g/cm³ (at 20℃) and a slight odor. It is insoluble in water but soluble in most organic solvents, and easily ignitable when exposed to high temperatures, open flames, or strong oxidants—releasing irritating fumes as well as carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide gases.

Applications：Diisononyl Phthalate (DINP) is a high-performance general-purpose primary plasticizer. It exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC, showing no precipitation even when added in large quantities. Not only is it superior to DOP in terms of volatility, migration, and low toxicity, but it also endows finished products with good light resistance, heat resistance, anti-aging properties, and reliable electrical insulation—along with outstanding water resistance and extraction resistance, making it an ideal DOP alternative plasticizer. DINP boasts a wide range of applications, suitable for various flexible PVC products including wires and cables, films, PVC leather, floor coverings, toys, shoe materials, edge banding, sheaths, wigs, and tablecloths. It is also compatible with rubber products and coating fields, and can be used as a specialized plasticizer for MS HYBRID SEALANT, serving as a cost-effective DOP replacement solution.
